Hi. I’m Chelsey

Coach. Consultant. Community-builder.

I help entrepreneurs build businesses that actually work - for their energy, their values, and their real life.

As a late-diagnosed ADHD business owner with a neurodivergent family, I understand how overwhelming entrepreneurship can feel when you’re carrying the whole thing in your head. Many of my clients are also neurodivergent or overwhelmed in similar ways — brilliant at what they do, but stretched thin, second-guessing themselves, or unsure how to build something sustainable without burning out.

I founded Your Initiative Co. to support values-driven entrepreneurs and the organizations that serve them. Whether I’m coaching a solo business owner or consulting on a government-funded program, my approach is calm, clear, and grounded in lived experience. We slow things down, make sense of what feels chaotic, and rebuild from a place that honors your capacity, your season of life, and the way your brain actually works.

My goal is simple: to help you create a business that feels manageable, profitable, and genuinely supportive — not something you’re constantly trying to survive.

How I Work

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice. My work is personalized, capacity-conscious, and built around real people navigating real life - especially those who are juggling too much or trying to rebuild from burnout.

Here’s what you can expect:

Personalized Support – Every session is shaped around your energy, goals, and season of life. We slow things down, get clear on what actually matters, and make decisions that support the way you work best.

Collaborative Consulting – We problem-solve together. I work alongside you or your team to clarify direction, simplify systems, and create a business you can actually manage day to day.

Intentional Program Delivery – Whether I’m teaching or consulting, I bring trauma-aware, accessible, and lived-experience–informed approaches to entrepreneurship. My work is grounded, practical, and free of fluff.

No matter how we work together — one-on-one, with your team, or inside your programs — I show up with clarity, honesty, and care.
